STUDY AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A FILE PROTECTION AND EMBEDDING TECHNIQUE IN FILE SECURITY SYSTEM

ABSTRACT
The security on the electronic files protection is a critical issue in the information technology era today. The rapid growth of information thief have cause many business organization and government department to spent a lot of money to protect their data. Due to the high demand of this kind of security software, the prices of the file security software are becoming high and expensive. Though there are so many security softwares in the market, some of them does not have the quality and have a limited function. Many of the file security system offer only encryption function but only some of it offers the steganography function. It was found that no existing application are integrate with the encryption and steganography function in one complete application. So, the author have the idea to combine these two kinds of technique to develop the high functioning file security software. It was decided that an easy to use imaging software will be developed and it is affordable for users. This software would become the first security software, which integrates encryption, steganography and also the network file sending and sharing functions in one complete software.
